Can I replace my existing door without hacking the wall?
Yes. In many cases, we can replace your existing door and upgrade the door frame without hacking the surrounding wall.
Instead of removing the entire existing frame, our system works with the existing opening and covers the old frame with a new finishing frame. This reduces unnecessary hacking, mess and repair work.
Final suitability will depend on the condition and dimensions of your existing door frame.
What happens to my existing door frame?
Instead of hacking out the entire existing frame, we can retain the existing frame and install our new frame system over it.
This gives your doorway a completely refreshed appearance while reducing damage to the surrounding wall.
Will my old door frame still be visible from the outside?
This is a common problem when replacing a door without removing the original frame.
We provide a frame-covering solution for the exposed side of the existing frame, helping to conceal the old frame and create a cleaner, more complete appearance from both sides of the doorway.

Why not just replace the door leaf and keep my existing frame?
You certainly can if your existing frame is still in good condition and you are happy with its appearance.
However, replacing only the door leaf may leave an old, mismatched or worn frame surrounding your new door.
Our door-and-frame solution is designed for homeowners who want the entire doorway to look refreshed, rather than simply replacing the door leaf.
Will I need to repaint my wall after installation?
For installations where hacking is not required, major wall repair and repainting can usually be minimised.
However, this depends on the existing condition of your wall, frame and previous installation. We will advise you if additional touch-up work may be required.
Is installation messy?
Our no-hacking installation method is designed to minimise renovation work compared with completely removing an existing embedded door frame.
This means less hacking, less dust and less disruption to your home.
Some drilling, cutting and installation work will still be required.

Which door core should I choose?
It depends on where the door will be installed, your budget and the feel or performance you are looking for.
For example, a bedroom door may have different requirements from a main entrance, office or room where sound reduction is important.
Send us your requirements and we’ll recommend an appropriate door construction.
Do you provide acoustic or soundproof doors?
We offer acoustic door options designed to improve sound reduction compared with a standard door.
Actual sound reduction depends on the complete door system, including the door leaf, frame, seals, installation and surrounding wall construction.
If sound reduction is important to you, let us know before ordering so we can recommend the appropriate configuration.
Are your doors waterproof?
Our PVC laminated surfaces are water-resistant and easy to maintain, making them suitable for many residential applications.
However, water resistance should not be confused with making every door completely waterproof. Suitability will depend on the selected door core and where the door will be installed.
Let us know if the door will be exposed to frequent moisture and we can recommend a suitable option.
Can your doors be used for bathrooms?
Depending on the door construction and bathroom conditions, we can recommend suitable options for bathroom applications.
For bathrooms with frequent direct water exposure or very high humidity, please let us know before ordering so that we can advise accordingly.
Can your doors be used outdoors?
Our doors are primarily designed according to their intended application and should not automatically be considered suitable for direct outdoor exposure.
If your door will be exposed to rain, direct sunlight or outdoor weather conditions, please inform us beforehand so we can advise whether the selected door and finishing are suitable.
What colours and designs are available?
We offer a wide selection of PVC laminate colours and designs, including woodgrain and contemporary finishes.

Can I match the door frame with my door?
Yes. One of the advantages of our system is the ability to coordinate the appearance of the door leaf, door frame and finishing, creating a more complete and consistent look.
Do you provide custom-sized doors?
Yes. We can produce doors according to different opening sizes, subject to technical feasibility.
For non-standard or oversized openings, send us your measurements or arrange for a site measurement so that we can recommend the appropriate solution.
Can I install a digital lock on your door?
Yes, many digital locks can be installed on our doors, subject to the door construction, thickness and specifications required by the particular lock model.
If you already have a digital lock in mind, send us the model before confirming your order so we can check compatibility.
What type of lock can I use?
We can accommodate different lock configurations, including standard tubular locksets and mortise locksets, depending on your door requirements.
Please inform us of your preferred lock before production, as different lock systems may require different preparation to the door and frame.
Can I reuse my existing lock?
In some cases, yes.
However, compatibility depends on the existing lock dimensions, door preparation and new frame configuration. We recommend sending us photos or the lock model beforehand so we can check whether it can be reused.

As our doors are prepared according to your selected size, design and specifications, production lead time will vary depending on the order.
We will provide an estimated completion and installation timeframe when your order is confirmed.
